This 250m² office fit-out was completed for a valued repeat client looking to transform a vacant tenancy into a modern, high-quality workspace.

The project

The fit-out includes new carpet tiles, acoustic and decorative wall panelling, frameless glass partitions, internal glazing, custom furniture, a new kitchen and refurbished bathrooms. With construction nearing completion, we look forward to sharing the finished space soon.

The detail

Engaged early in the design phase, Concept Build Group developed the conceptual plans and interior renders before preparing bespoke pricing, product samples and multiple design revisions. We then coordinated all parties required to deliver the project.
